Born in Naples on January 2, 1975.

Graduate in business administration. Regular contributor to national broadcasters (Rai News24, SKY TG24, CNBC) and leading financial newspapers. Formerly head of asset management in Gamma Capital Markets Ltd. De Luca also serves as Independent Financial Adivsor since 2006. With 17 years of experience as a Porfolio Manager and Asset Manager. De Luca has also been a Financial Advisor at Banca Generali and Fineco.

With extensive experience in trading and investing in financial markets using liquidity and derivatives. Murphy started his career at Swiss Bank Corporation London in 1985 becoming Head of Treasury Investments (HQLA portfolio), London Branch, at the beginning of thr '90s. Subsequenently, became Head of Institutional Fixed Income Portfolio Management at BSI Generali and later, as senior markets advisor at Bloomberg London. As an independent markets consultant he currently collaborates with the EBRD in the development of domestic swap markets for coutries in the Eurasian region and North Africa. 

Born in Campobasso in 1961.

He graduated in Economics and Business from Luiss University in Rome, obtained a Ph.D. and worked at the International Monetary Fund in Washington, and at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt. Later, in the years of the oil boom, he moved to the Arabian Peninsula, landed in Qatar at the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting, then in the United Arab Emirates as Director of Macroeconomic and Statistical Research at the International Financial Center in Dubai.

With solid experience in investment management, he has supervised equity funds and macroeconomic strategies at Britannia Bank & Trust Ltd., focusing on asset allocation and market opportunity research. At Deltec Bank & Trust Ltd., he managed discretionary and advisory portfolios, identifying investment solutions and optimizing the execution of financial transactions. As CEO of Deltec Securities Ltd., he led company performance, ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing investment funds. Previously, at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners, he conducted due diligence on European and Asian hedge funds, monitoring risk and market dynamics to optimize investment selection

Tancredi Cordero di Montezemolo is the founder, CEO and CIO of Kuros Associati. Tancredi has worked at leading management institutions such as BNP Paribas Investment Partners, Fidelity and Mirabaud Asset Management, covering various roles in the investment field.

Tancredi holds an executive program in Impact Investing at Oxford University's Saïd Business School and a degree from Bocconi University, where he specialized in behavioral finance studies.

Extensive experience in investment governance, discretionary portfolio management, advisory strategies and risk management. He has defined investment policy, asset allocation and risk parameters across client mandates, with oversight of fund and direct security selection. He was Head of Northern Europe Investment Advisory at Credit Suisse and Lloyds Geneva, advising HNW and UHNW clients and supporting client acquisition and retention. Previously, at Lloyds Private Banking in London, he was Head of UK Equity Research and later Head of Investments, responsible for discretionary portfolio strategy. Earlier in his career, he worked at Mercury Asset Management in global equity and private equity research. He is a CFA Charterholder, holds an MBA and received the STA Bronwyn Wood Memorial Prize.

Born in San Severino Marche in 1975.

He graduated in Economics and Business from Luiss University in Rome. Before joining Agora Investments SGR, from 1998 to 2000 he worked as a banker at Unicredit bank and from 2001to 2006 as portfolio manager and fund manager at Investitori SGR (Allianz Group). Since January 2007 he has held many positions at Agora Investments SGR. Present, he is Chairman of the Investment Committee and Head of Asset Management at Agora Investments SGR.
